Accident Report Kit
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If involved in an accident, remain calm. You must inform your insurance company as soon as possible. The information you record now will greatly assist in the speedy settlement of your claim.
Come visit us to receive a free accident report kit which contains:
- A simple accident report form and a pencil.
- Witness cards to record the name, address and telephone number of anyone who witnessed the accident.
- "HELP" cards to hand to a passing motorist, to notify police or a service garage.

Be aware of your rights
